Our prices all inclusive
Pay only the agreed rent, we'll take care of the rest!
- The rent is fixed for two people (for each additional person the cost is 35€)
- All costs for utilities are included (electricity, water, gas, heating and if present conditioning)
- All condominium expenses are included
- The supply and the weekly change of linen for the bathroom, the bed and the kitchen only on demand.
- Cleaning at the beginning and end of the lease is included
- Pets are allowed in almost all apartments but an additional weekly charge of €35 is required for final cleaning of the apartment
- It is possible to organize one or more cleaning of the apartment and also the change of linen, requesting it at least 24 hours before. The price of this intervention will be agreed with the external company that deals this service
- For stays longer than two months the price, which provides for a discount, must be requested from our organization
NOTICE: The Municipality of Turin requires to pay the tourist tax. The amount of the tax is € 2.30 per day for each person, up to a maximum of 7 days. All people over 12 pay the tax. There are some exemptions, which can be consulted on this link page: http://www.comune.torino.it
Booking simple and safe
Choose the apartment, ask us for availability for the period that interests you and you're done!
1. Send an e-mail to info@affittialvolo.com indicating the rental period and the apartment you are interested in renting (better if you give us a second option); alternatively you can call +39 011 0464290 or +39 393 9958097 or contact us 24/24 via chat + 39 3939958097 (Whatsapp-Telegram-Viber-Messenger).
2. Wait up max 48 hours and you will receive an e-mail with an indication of availability and a quote related to the price of the stay
3. Answer to confirm us apartment and period. We will block the reservation
4. Then you will recive an e-mail (or a fax) with attached the acceptance:
- You will pay a deposit with a bank transfer (about 25% of the whole cost) or by Paypal that costs 3,5% more (we will send you an e-mail with the request for money and the instruction to pay in the site of Paypal), or in cash or with check in our office
- You must fill the attachment of the acceptance with your personal details (name, surname, place and date of birth, residence, details of an identity document). We will prepare the rent contract for short stay accommodation before your arrival, so your check-in it will be faster
5. Cancellation policy: cancellation can be made by e-mail or by telephone without penalty up to 30 days before the date of arrival. Up to 15 days before will be withheld 30% of the deposit. Up to 10 days before will be withheld 50% of the deposit. Beyond this deadline the full amount of the deposit will be retained.
NOTICE: at our discretion, in case if the need arises, we can replace the reserved apartment with another, similar in all respects.
Check in quick and fast
From the first contact to the check in, all in a few simple steps!
1. We plan an appointment in our office in via Cavour 14/b (in the courtyard, at the back, on left) or at the apartment (in front of the main door of the building and you will have to confirm the appointment by phone o by sms an hour first of your arrival).
2. Check-in is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. of the arrival day. Sunday and night check-in can be agree with an extra charge of 25€
3. At check-in the guests pay the settlement of the rent, signing the contract and a document for police
4. Check-out is by 11 a.m. of the leaving day. It is possible to stay till 19 p.m. with an extra charge of 25€ only if the apartment is free
5. We can arrange airport transfers (Torino Caselle, Milano Malpensa, Milano Linate, Bergamo Orio al Serio, Cuneo Levaldigi). The service also includes the bearing and delivery of the apartment (at night and on holidays). The price are: Porta Susa Station and Porta Nuova Station and Malpensa terminal, 10€ (day shuttle), 20€ (night and holidays shuttle); from Torino Caselle 35€ (day shuttle), 40€ (night and holidays shuttle); from Milano Malpensa, 135€ ; from Milano Linate, 145€; from Bergamo Orio al Serio 160€ ; from Cuneo Levaldigi, 75€ (day and night shuttle)
At the arrivals you will find Roberto, our driver, with Affitti al volo sign. In any case you can call him at phone +39 3403900920 a few minutes before meeting
6. The short stay rent is not subject to Vat, but you can have an invoice for managing cost refunding for companies

Are you part of a theater company and will you stay in Turin for at least a week? There is a 10% discount on all our rentals. For guests over 28 days you are following a higher discount based on the apartment you choose
